JCB Landpower product range includes: the innovative Fastrac tractor,
Loadall telescopic handers, telescopic loaders, skid steer loaders,
Teletruk, rough terrain forklifts and wheeled loading shovels. In 2005,
JCB celebrated its 60th anniversary. JCB is privately-owned
by the Bamford family and the Chairman, Sir Anthony Bamford, is the son
of the company’s late founder.
JCB’s range of Loadalls are now powered by the latest technology
JCB444 diesel engine and fitted with advanced transmissions designed to
improve productivity. As the UK’s favourite telescopic handler, the JCB
Loadall has been subject to significant improvement and these new models
now combine the highest levels of performance and productivity with
outstanding operator comfort and ergonomics.
The new range is based on four models. The 531-70, 536-60 and 541-70
come in ‘Agri’. ‘Agri Plus’ and ‘Agri Super’ specification whilst the
535-95 comes in ‘Agri Super’ format only. The new models cover payloads
from 3100kg to 4100kg and lift heights from 6.2m to 9.5m.
All models feature the new JCB444 engine in 100hp and 125hp formats.
With this engine the complete drivetrain is now JCB designed and
manufactured, and has been specifically developed to deliver the highest
productivity.
Two new JCB transmissions come in four and six speed versions. The six
speed version features ‘Torque Lock’ as standard. Locking in fifth and
sixth gears substantially increases transmission efficiency and offers
three main operating modes of Eco, Power and Field to match the
application.
