NMR has been providing milk recording service in the UK for over 60 years and currently has 60% of the UK dairy herd on its database. £13 million turnover with 900 contract and permanent staff.  Key areas of expertise include:

Milk recording services:

• Traditional ‘witnessed’ milk recording services with links to UK genetic evaluations services. Additional services such as individual Urea testing as well as DIY and Factoring options.

• On Farm Software with various products to meet the needs of different levels of IT literacy amongst farmer customers. Interherd is a product for vets and the more advanced farmers whereas Impel Pro is an entry level package.

• Herd Companion: web based novel reporting tool to bring traditional milk recording alive with graphs and extended reporting

• 70% of UK payment testing services are provided NMR’s subsidiary National Milk Laboratories.
